Answers to common questions about the online course and your preparation.
How do I access my course?
Sign in through My learning using the account enrolled in your course. Registration for new intakes is not open yet.
What score do I need to continue?
Each module check and the final assessment require at least 70%. Short checks may require every answer to be correct to meet that threshold. Review the material before retrying.
Can I download my workbook?
Enrolled learners can download the student workbook from their lessons. Faculty answer keys are restricted.
Are video lessons available?
The current preview contains illustrated reading and knowledge checks. Teaching videos will be added as clips become available.
Does the online test complete the whole course?
No. Online completion records your precourse preparation. Practical training and assessment are separate.
I cannot sign in
Use the password reset link on the sign-in page. If you are signed in but cannot see a course, your account may not yet be enrolled.
